You Can Do It! Jenna Jameson Weight Loss Diet Plan and Workout Revealed

Jenna Jameson is a renowned American entrepreneur, TV personality, and the world’s most popular adult film star. Most people refer to her as the Queen of Adult Movies or the Heartbreaker. Despite the many rumors and leaked videos that often went viral minutes after being released, Jenna has had a successful career in both industries.

Where Did The Rain Start Beating Her?

Jenna Jameson, now 48 years old, is a mother to three. It wasn’t until she gave birth to her beautiful daughter Batel in April 2017 that she noticed she was losing the sexy body figure that drew millions to her adult films.

She decided to turn his life around by changing her diet and working out. At the time, she weighed around 153 pounds. Jenna knew she had to change her lifestyle if she was to lose his belly flat and regain his previous body figure.

Jenna Jameson Weight Loss Diet Plan

The first thing that Jenna Jameson decided to do was a transition from her high-calorie diet plan to a keto diet plan. She also boldly decided to try intermittent fasting to speed up the rate at which his body burned the excess fat

Some days, she would fast for 14 hours between dinner and the first meal of the next day! Very few people can fast for such an extended period without eating even a snack, right? Between April 2017 and March 2018, she lost 80 pounds by strictly following the keto diet plan and intermittent fasting.

The Magical Workout Regimen

Unlike other celebrities who lost weight by spending hours at the gym, Jenna Jameson despises and hates working out at the gym.

“Exercising is starting to pay off. Yes, I’ve lost the weight I wanted, but I want to feel tone. At my age, it isn’t easy. I’m almost 45. Honestly, I despise the gym. I feel self-conscious and anxious when I’m there,” she wrote in a recent Instagram post.

How, then did Jenna manage to lose 80 pounds in only one year? Well, Jenna is a huge proponent of a less structured workout routine. She prefers walking, taking the stairs instead of the lift, and going hiking with her daughter, Batel.

This progression proves you don’t have to spend hours in a gym. Get out, move your body, and live life. Clearly, Jenna prefers exercising outdoors instead of indoors. However, she recently said that she has started lifting weights and does Yoga several times per week. “I was always a nay-sayer when it came to Yoga. The quiet of it used to scare me. I now sneak onto my rooftop and enjoy morning yoga before anyone is awake,” she wrote on Instagram.

Her love and hate for the gym doesn’t mean she has never set foot in one. In August 2018, Jenna had her first gym session, which was catastrophic. She injured her shoulder and had to take a break to recover. She turned to Yoga to speed up the healing process, and it worked.

Since then, Jenna Jameson has become one of the most influential keto diet proponents on Instagram. She created a dedicated page where she posts photos of her body transformation, keto recipes, and hacks and tricks. The page has more than 544K followers, and she posts almost weekly.

Back to her love/hate relationship with the gym, she posted a photo on Instagram in September 2018 doing barbell squats at the gym! Her facial expression suggests she doesn’t like the routine, but she has no option.

“Starting the task of building back all the muscle I lost while pregnant and being sedentary. The gym has always intimidated me. But to be honest, I’ve got Bambi legs, and they need a lot of work, so I shall push past my uncomfortability,” the Instagram photo caption read.

Final Thoughts

Keto diet, intermittent fasting, and working out indoors and outdoors helped Jenna Jameson shed weight and get toned again. Even though she doesn’t fancy going to the gym, her body transformation proves the need to not only have a weight loss meal plan but also participate in physical exercises.

You can do it! Adjust your daily schedule to find time to work out and change your diet. Be sure to take before-and-after photos and share them on social media to encourage others to follow suit. Good luck!
